Private Trading Ltd. company name has been given for a reason - because our first contact towards the customers is
not virtual but personal. The company is managed by 2 members of the board -
Kait Liinev ja Viia Toomere - both having trading exprerince more than 10 years.
Our business drivers are customer's private needs, comfort and wish to win free
time and deminish daily routins. Ahoi is looking for long-term customer
relationship, whereas we are working very hard to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ahoi's target
is to develop e-business network in
bigger cities to serve primarily offices daily needs. We have succeeded so in 3 cities today - Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu. We want to differentiate from other retailers with convenience service which means complecting the goods and delivering the orders quickly, comfortably and with good price. Our business success depends on personal relationships towards the
customers, on customer influenced assortment and on low operational costs.
How to shop in Ahoi?
You can look around in store as anonymos shopper and we consider you beeing a consumer in Tallinn store. As soon as you register you need to define yourself as a company or private consumer: Ahoi Kontor (services only companies) and Ahoi Kodu (services private persons only). Besides, you need to enter your location postal index, where you want your goods to be delivered. If the index is valid, it means Ahoi has a delivery service available in that region. If not, then Ahoi
is not presently servicing that area. According to the postal index, we are
publishing the assortment of the wholesale company of that particular region. We have initially limited the assortment with about 4000 supermarket articles (so called acticve assortment). But if you have a special request or wishes, please inform us by
mail or telephone - we might have the product available in our database of 14500
products (passive assortment).

Invoicing
Companies can apply for a credit sales and payment term by filling in the
customer forms and reading through the sales contract. Private persons do not
need a contract, because the goods are sold and delivered on terms - payment in
advance. Payments can easily be executed through internet banking links -
Swedbank, U-Net ja Solo.
